The bolts can wind straight through the hub I know that much and there is abit of space behind them.
As long as you can get 8 full turns of the bolt in then thats enough IIRC.
I have a set of fiat coupe 20VT alloys,
the wheel bolts i have are not good, as the thread length is 27mm & not long enough for the wheels,
is there a max thread length for the GT
I would like to know if theses are any good they have 40mm thread length:

Thats good enough for me that not that much longer than the ones i have,
the bolt i have are cheap & cheerful and the threads just ripping off the bolts
One of the front wheels came off today so need longer bolts.
The threads on the hub is fine its just the cheap bolts i had.
luckly there was no damage to the disc or any serious harm to myself.
