hey i made a avatar its 149x149 and less than 48kb but it still says unable to save why?

Is it a JPG or GIF?

Maybe try a smaller image for now?

I know a small handful of people have had an issue with saving an avatar. Apologies if you do, its something that will be gone with the software upgrade in the new year.
