fiesta st arnt a fun car i had one with s/c 278bhp and was bored quick of it but looked and handles great but had no great wack of power, All depend what you like in a car, like you say clio are great handling but arnt fast so you dont get that rush
I'm considering a change of heart, I wanted to go seb4 but not too sure now, plus I feel I want something slightly more grown up
So the question is, 'Is there another car out there that may win me over?'
I've had a Renaultsport Clio 172, it was fun round the corners, but not for me.
I've seen a 2007 Fiesta ST with 36k on the clock and I kind of like it.
My budget £5k for now, may go up depending on how much I like the car. It also has to be blue. Can't be ridiculous to run, I've just started my graduate job so I'm still on trainee wage plus I have a student loan to pay off.
Any ideas??

Fiesta STs are 150bhp and you got bored of a 278bhp.
Well I want something where I can feel the power like I do with the Punto.
I had my heart set on Subaru Impreza P1. Always wanted one, however with the current rise in fuel prices, tax increases and I'm pretty sure insurance won't like a 22 year old, I've had to cancel it off the want list.
bmw 330ci sport
very good car for under 4k
5k would buy a 330ci clubsport
or if you still want a 'hot hatch' it would have to be the alfa 147 GTA for me.
both good on fuel on a run, just not great round town.

P1's are bundles to insure. I can't insure one for under a grand and I'm 28
Civic EP3
Kyles introducing me to the Focus RS just need to sort out a day then take it from there.
Keeping the Punto, Bart I've been driving one since I was 17 I fancy a bit of a change. I love how it wipes the smiles of peoples faces. But maybe something a bit more grown up now.
Might just keep it as a weekend mess around car.
i am 30years old or young and stil drive a punto gt
but its like ure last line, its just for fun, i drive it in the weekends and when i feel i want to play with the car
also have a punto hgt as second car for the girlfriend and for long trips
some day i buy a 159 sw
but i always keep the punto gt!
Yea Kyle did say I'm getting old before my time.
If no other car comes up that I like or afford at a reasonable price I'll keep the Punto.
The Clio was a naive buy, read reviews on the Internet and it had a decent one in Evo mag. Then I test drove it for 10minutes. Silly I know.
I saw a Civic type s in blue that I liked. Power wise it's not too bad.
