    Mugen RR FD2

I'm absolutely obsessed with the Civic Type R FD2, but this example of the RR makes me sex wee uncontrollably

You'll not get any change from £40k for a Mugen RR, Todd, that's if 1 of the 3 in the UK ever comes up for sale (has happened!). I saw one of them for real one night when I was out in Manchester.. Some rude boi was just sat in a line of traffic in it. Waxil I think his name was from the Honda forums - he sold it to some southern twat though, so he could buy a genuine '02 NSX-R

FD2's are the Honda to have at the moment, as you say, holding their value around 15-17k though. They were that sort of money last year when I was having a nosey. Problem is finding them, there's not loads of them, unlike the DC5.
If you have any car care related questions, ask me in the Cleaning/Detailing section.

ive been keeping an eye on fd2 owners club and there's a couple at the moment, with 20-30k on them, as you say £15-17k

Contact an importer and get one shipped over from the mother land?

They'll slowly get more common and the price will drop.

Couple of years ago EK9s were really fetching money, but as loads of been imported th price plummeted to what they probably should be worth given the actual car and age etc.

How many have been made worldwide?
