You can also use the 272° Cam from 1500 X 1/9.
Btw. which benefits did you expect?
i remember the euro guys saying that they run them and are more suited to the GT's needs. Also if you insist on having a piper cam, you want the one that piper specifically designed for PSC, even has a psc item code. IIRc the likes of debo, dan etc helped piper with the required specs

i have a 1.6 sporting from the engine i bought off todd if your thinking of maybe going that route
Oh really but surely Piper didnt make two kinds of cam ie one for punters of the street and the other for PSC GT owners, that would be the same cam surely?
More power
If the cam is good and your breaking the engine then yes could be interested in cam if the price is right?
if i remember its an inbetween cam, iirc the lowest one on offer is worse off the standard, so it was designed specifically for psc
well its a complete engine at the mo but i bought the cam of beau so if you make an offer i might wip it out for you?

link is just some info on the cam maybe you understand but basicly about the cam in a gt being better than the piper. view last fiew coments in the link
i was offerd one from a lad breaking a white gt but he couldnt prove wichone exactly that it was as only a couple of the x19 cams have the 272 profile. all he new was that he was sold it as the european x19 1500 which is the correct one but he couldnt prove that
With the x 1 9 cam you can make easily power to 8000+rpm. But you see this power of course only in higher revs. You will loose torque in lower revs.
This is a good example!
