    £59+vat.

I dont care about price tbh i dont want these ****ers keep blowing its a pain in the arse keep taking the manifolds off, specially when the inlet ones are a bitch to undo sometimes!

i want to modify my inlet to make it easier to take it off i cant remember who done it i saw it on a thread once...

It's a breath of fresh air to see you writing that Sean

Thats about the price i was quoted so that will be WELL worth it.

The manifold is easy to mod mate, you have to file the bottoms of the slots so that the manifold simply "srops and clicks" into place over the studs rather than having to take the nuts completely off and then slide it back.....

if you are still having trouble figuring it out let me know, i still have my old inlet in the shed, i will take a picture for you and show you what bits you need to grind off

nah. You will need to do i progressively though and keep test fitting on the car, mine you have to give it a bit of a push to snap it into place, if you go too mad you will find the inlet isn't a snug fit on the studs.

Thats the only problem, plus i dont want to ruin the threads on the inlet either. I have seen someone using hex bolts instead of studs and nuts this looks easier on the inlet too however your screwed if it rounds or snaps off.

The studs have a shanked section. Additional to the fact the inlet is aluminium and the studs are steel!

Stop being a panicky poo about it lol!

Why didn't you just get them to re-order it? Bit unlucky that.
