That kit is good for 500+bhp and a 8.5-9k redline!
Adi
be carefull saying that bud you might upset dan
mike wouldnt sell it on here, too many cheque book tuners to realise how much time and effort real tuners put in to there research and builds
It might be good for 500+ but I don't even think you would get that out of the 1900 16v tbh
Obviously tho there only good if mapped properly
Nissan's NeoVVL system on the SR16VE and SR20VE is almost the same as the VTEC, just it switching the exhaust cam on different rpm as the intake cam. VTEC switching both cams at the same rpm.
Nissan SRxxVE has two injectors per cylinder, the ECU also has 2x4 outputs.
But both system has in high lift mode around 290deg profile as i remember, not so high
Nissan also had in the mid '80 electronically managed variable valve timing system, further as Honda cam out with the VTEC
Many have tried to copy the VTEC system, but none are as good. This is fact, not opinion. Of course, similar systems work, but none deliver the same results.
I'm struggling to think of a cheque book car from here other than Hans' from 10 years ago?! Most of the "modern greats" are self-built
