    Some updates on my GT3

Recently i've been splashing out a bit on the GT! Only a few more mods and she will be just as i want ....

I bought a Boost gauage and single gauge pod from Andy C. I wasn't happy with the fitting to the pillar cover so i decided to smooth it in Not bad for my first attempt with the sanding/filling process but still not perfect lol.

    The pod:

Smoothed in and after a few coats of filler primer:

    After paint:

I also decided to paint the needle on the gauge red to go with the speedo dials, i think it looks pretty good

    Old VS New:

    And fitted in the car:

Next was an Apexi filter off Minimaniac ...

And I finally received my dual stage Dawes from USA so plumbed that in last weekend. Very good product for the price. I paid $102 i think which was £64 IIRC .. It was supplied with red vac but i used blue instead.

The stealth switch lol nice and subtle! Wired into ignition live, thanks to Danmotty's pic in his project. Cheers mate!

Also from Andy C i got an Abarth spoiler which makes the rear look so much better imo.

    Hanging out to dry ....

    Fitted ....

    Finished ...

I should really make a project thread soon lol

    Matt

Cheers mate. Yeah nearly there ... Exterior wise all that is left is lower the rear 60mm, new badges and maybe abarth centre caps with painted red calipers.

very nice. no gash bonnet vents or halfords neon lights etc.
fairly standard is how these GTs look at their best and youve got a rare colour too.
me? i would paint those front calipers to match your rears.
    10/10 though.

Cheers mate, yeah i've learnt from my first car lol standard is the best look definitely. I still think maybe red calipers and abarth centre caps, but don't know if it will match as well on a lighter shade of blue. We shall see ...

yes ive got the abarth centre caps too and against anthracite wheels they look good plus youll probably get a few quid back selling your old Fiat caps.
