Well as it's now running I thought I may as well show everyone what I've been doing with the GT over the last few months... iPhone pics arent the best but you get the idea.
It's by no means finished, still alot of things left to do, as you can see by pictures but the engine is running (no exhaust on yet).
And a little video of it running, no exhaust again...

I've done alot of things a bit different to Deans and Toms, the most obvious thing being the boost piping.
The top pipe will be getting heat wrapped to keep the heat off the manifold off it (in theory) I will keep an eye on the intake temps once it's boosting and if they're too high it will be moved...
What y'all think?

Can't really say about the budget. I got the D2's which are quite expensive and the wheels also.
The wheels look gash TBH. Need refurbing desperately, but they keep the car off the floor so they'll do for now

glad you got it running. looks tidy but the boost pipe will get hot, mines only on 0.7bar and it gets hot in that space, ill have to pop down and see it again
what happened to the rocker cover aswell???
