    catch the spirt of the punto !!!

    i have just bought my first punto
    it a 96 cabrio 1.6 in yellow she need a little love i have a few problem so i am off to the right section i hope to get some answer.
    i am pleased to see how many cabrio are on this site

    more photos to come.
    have problems with the manifold only one bolt when i got her now the is 2, but going to have to get another one.

    and the roof not working last owner said it kept blowing relays so i have to find out whats up with that any ideas?

    What is it with Broom Yellow, girls/ladies and Cabrio.s?

    Too much friction, essentially. Check for good greasing of all hinges and then any bending of the frame's parts. Paint having been worn off may indicate where there's excessive friction/binding.

    thanks will have a look and i have a cabrio thing going on true, but i also drive a ls 400 v8 not yellow, this is the joy of getting old you can have what you want lol

    update

    its been a while but good news, roof now works dead chuffed it need two new relays to get it going again sorted, have just put post else where need some advice about buying new roof to go on the bumble bee.
