old posts showing up as new posts

Not sure if its happening to anyone else. However im getting alot of old posts showing up as new posts.

For example the last reply from dean in the "how do you access PSC" thread keeps showing as a new post.

Keep getting excited thinking theres been some action when there hasnt.

when someone votes on a poll it goes back to the top of new posts.
