    POTR GT 1400/1600/2000CC MLS Gaskets - Discount & Grp Buy.

    Hi,

    Having come back from Napoli I now have put up some pictures of these gaskets. They are available in 2 thickness. Silvio's latest GT builds tend to be 9.5:1 as the S40/S60 ECUs are so good. Anyway thats besides the point.

    As you can see there is 1400GT 1.3 and 1.7mm. Also 1600 GT in 87 and 88mm diameters.

    FIAT PUNTO GT TURBO / UNO TURBO IE 1400cc - G. TESTA RINFORZATA (MLS) - Diametro pistoni fino a 82,50mm spessore 1,30mm

    120,00

    FIAT PUNTO GT TURBO / UNO TURBO IE 1400cc - G. TESTA RINFORZATA (MLS) - Diametro pistoni fino a 82,50mm spessore 1,70mm

    138,00

    FIAT PUNTO GT TURBO / UNO TURBO IE 1600cc - G. TESTA RINFORZATA (MLS) - Diametro pistoni fino a 88mm spessore 1,70mm

    138,00

    FIAT PUNTO GT TURBO / UNO TURBO IE 1600cc - G. TESTA RINFORZATA (MLS) - Diametro pistoni fino a 87mm spessore 1,70mm

    These prices are in Euros and exclude VAT.

    Total price is either 120 + 25 Delivery + 20% VAT = 174 Euros
    or
    138 + 25 Delivery + 20% VAT = 195.20 Euros.

    Now the PSC Price

    1 Gasket - 10% Discount - 1 shipping

    1.3mm gasket. Any of the above -10% per gasket. = 124.2 + 25 + VAT = 159.60 Euros

    1.7mm gasket. Any of the above -10% per gasket. = 124.2 + 25 + VAT = 179.04 Euros

    5 Gaskets - 15% discount - 1 shipping

    1.3mm gasket. Any of the above -15% per gasket. = 510 + 25 + VAT = 612 Euros == 122.4 Euros per gasket

    1.7mm gasket. Any of the above -15% per gasket. = 586.5 + 25 + VAT = 733.80 Euros == 146.76 per gasket

    10 Gaskets - 20% discount - 1 shipping

    1.3mm gasket. Any of the above -20% per gasket. = 960 + 25 + VAT = 1182 Euros == 118.2 Euros per gasket

    1.7mm gasket. Any of the above -20% per gasket. = 1104 + 25 + VAT = 1354.8 Euros == 135.48 per gasket

    So for quantities of 10 delivered you are saving 60 euros from the individual delivered price or roughly 33% discount. These are good gaskets.

    These are what Silvio uses for all his builds. The picture at the top shows the 1400/1600 Punto/Uno ones, also with the Integrale one. The most boost I saw on a 1300 Uno was 2.4bar running a GT2871 ? probably wrong I don't remember but it was a ball bearing GT28 something. It was a 1300 block. There was also a White GT running 120 race fuel only, that also ran over 2bar. The Uno's Rev limit was 9000rpm. There is a good video of it also. Don't know if its on Youtube.

    Hmmm I might be up for a 1600 87mm. The 1600 ones just avaliable in 1.7mm thickness? Kick things off see if we can get 5 together....

    i think we can mix and match gaskets here so long as there is a required number reached. There gaskets can be custom made to multiple thickness but i think it would cost more

    Liking the high compression ratio's - the latest reincarnation of my old GT has a 9.25:1 CR, been designed and built like that for over 12 months I don't think my dad would've bothered with the 1600 if he knew that it'd take so long in this country to get things fabricated Good to see Silvio coming up with new things and mass producing new parts!!

    dont worry found my answer now for any one else intrigued
    In the MLS system, multiple thin layers of cold-rolled spring grade stainless steel are coated with 7-25 microns of elastomeric material. The resilient elastomer is essential to the structure by providing micro-sealing of metal surface imperfections while resisting aggressive combustion gases, oils and coolants at temperatures up to 250°C.
    put my name down for a 1.3mm 1400 gasket
