Get f*cked off. Neither of those Punto's are on standard pistons, they're made of chocolate. You'd be hard pushed to spend £20k on a 320bhp Punto as it is, never mind using £2.47 pistons and rods.

To get that kind of power surely you'd have to run a big turbo, so a 1400 would be extremely laggy?

20k is what ive heard, i havent seen him count the money on the table so im passing on what ive heard from the owner.. this one has the uprated internals.. the one in Hungary (RSP punto gt) is running standard pistons/rods.. again, this is from what ive read/heard, but im sure people from over there or the owner can confirm this..

Everyone knows the block is capable of 450bhp and that the pistons are actually solid gold inside!

Who cares how much he spent on it or what power it has, its all about how it is on the road/track. Power is pub talk!

Such a shame. You started so well, and then shattered the dream with the second part of your sentance.

Its a punto at end of the day, pick one up for about £600 on ebay. The design is 15 years old, my little peugeot works van handles and brakes better than my GT, its the sad truth.

BUT its more fun to drive the car than van.
