I suppose you could see what the essesse kit consists of, then see if any diffrent alternative parts work out cheaper?
So heres my new wallpaper, what you think??
I went to see one today and im really considering buying one, lovely little motor especially in real life.
Now all i have to do is decide if i want the £3,000 essesse kit, but i dont know if its worth it, anyone have any opinions?
I suppose you could see what the essesse kit consists of, then see if any diffrent alternative parts work out cheaper?
they probably would be cheaper, but its the ecu remap that is the best looking thing included in the kit... 130 - 160 BHP
I dont know if it can be remapped elsewhere...
I heard on FF that the suspension and brakes differ.
got to love that 500! .. chequeres... white .. hmmmmm those rims are tasty
looks like it comes with those expensive abarth seats that someone put up in a different thread, would those be part of the upgrade kit as well?
The essesse kit does contain bigger brakes, stiffer suspension, bmc airfilter aswell as the remap. However the alternate turbocharger only comes on the essesse kit for the abarth grande punto. As for those spanking seats that were in another thread, they too are only on the GP, however the 500 seats are also very very nice.
The essesse kit consists of...
Grooved discs
Pads
Remap
Panel Filter
Springs
Wheels
Badges
For £3,000, and you get to keep the wood box and everything they take off. So really it wont be £3,000 at the end after selling these parts on ebay or wherever.
Fiat only offer the package in its first 12 months or 12,000 miles.
Or the parts can be had separate and will cost £1,500, but this will/could void the warranty on the car..
The seats are standard in that image above.
i didnt know you get to keep all the other bits, that makes it much more appealing. The seats in the photo arent the ones being talked about, its these http://www.fastcar.co.uk/04570735433...rse-seats.html
