Hey guys.

My names jason and its my 17th next week! Just got my car which is a 2000 Punto sporting 1.2 16v.

"Ruby red" as they call it. Been looking into punto's and i think ive made the right choice! Will add more pictures soon. Already got some plans for it. Going for more sporty without making it chavvy!

Anyways yea. If you have any picture of your "ruby red or burgandy" punto's post em and give me an idea of what you guys have done!!

Well to start with whilst learning im just going to do the basics. I've driven off-road and have done some track days etc before BUT i don't want to get an exhaust, air filter etc because when getting used to the car im going to look a complete idiot if i mess up lol. BUT i will gradually do everything as im hoping to pass asap!

PLAN 1- Sporting!
Rear tints
Lowered
Full through exhaust
Air filter
....Just basics really

PLAN 2- EURO

Ok here is why this is going through my mind. I cleaned it the other day and it was so shiny and it reminded me of a euro style car. So...

-17" Chrome Semi-deep dish
-Tints
-Lowered all round
-Leather interior
-Colour code
-Twin hidden exhaust

But that will cost alot. lol.

They are just small idea's rushing around my head! Any tips/advice/idea's i'll be more than happy to listen to

Alot of people swear by low and slow, so if you were to go euro it has to go on the floor with wide wheels, 17" are great to get the tuck look but if you had a cracker set of wide deep dish 15" on and on the deck, now your talking ,lol

you will get plenty of help on here bud, i run around with a load of fellas who are diehard dubbers and they hate fiats and think euro look is only for dubbers,

BUT i love seeing puntos and well anything realy including hondas(lol) with with euro styling slap it up them ,lol...

My friend baught a jetta, and he had a golf before. And he said he doesn't want to see me "dub" it. But i think there aren't enough of them about =D

lots of smoothing needed for euro look, I'd love some dish and coilovers but thinking seriously about getting rid of the punto at some point... I'm sure that will change in a few months though! lol
