have a go yourself, if the cars cheap enough then itll be ok as a learning curve for you. if you get it done and your not happy then get someone to do it properly.

the standard alloys look so much better in a dark colour as opposed to silver.

tbh i think theyre meant for the GT as behind where the vent is, is the air filter (aftermarket anyhoo) i was just gonna fit it for looks, but dont think ill be bothering now

^ maybe, but its sitting around doing nothing may aswell see what it looked like with the badge. wasnt a definate 'going to fit it'

3rd pic down in your first post looks ace. if the exhaust is a custom jobby then surely they can cut the tip off and weld something else back onto it for you!?

go out, swop one side take a pic and see. only takes 30 seconds to whip the unit out and put another back in. stick with clears imo

iirc vinegar and water mix sprayed on it will help, think that was how someone on another forum sped up the process
