hey guys,
does anybody know any sites that you can use to copy youtube style vids onto an mp4 player? im going away for a while so want something to watch as well as just music.
ps. im not the one who started some of the dodgey threads that got deleted under my name, it was my mate, but kinda my fault because i left puntosports signed in, just so you know.
ipod mp4 ? or a cheap mp4 player ?
the ipod's use the itunes to put stuff on, but there is a hack on mininova which allows you to create a link between your pc and your ipod without the itunes, to allow you to put "copied" files on.
if its a cheap mp4 player, u use it like u would a flash drive, plug it in , then drag and drop the files,
you can download tons of mp4 files from www.mininova.org < using - Utorrent ( google it for a download link )
then just drag and drop .
if u search for "Easy Video Downloader" it downloads youtube files.
if you search for "Xilisoft YouTube Video Converter" it will convert the .flv files to mp3/mp4 for you.
also , be safe and make sure u scan any files before u open them.
i or puntosports forum cant be held responseable if you get a "bug" ;)

If the player came with an installation CD then there's probably a file convertor you need to use....Phillips mp4 players have to have the movies converted to the format they like.
