Yeah but it could be that No1 Run was with cooler engine components (intercooler, intake, engine) So cooler charge, more oxygen, leaner AFR.
And atlower revs you lean out some, but you make less HP.
I dont think 0.3 AFR can make 6hp+ difference.

Run number one started with 85 degrees water temp and 36 degrees air temp cooling to 13 degrees at 5000rpm. Duty cycle reached 67%
Second run started with 80 degrees water and 37 degrees air temperature cooling to 11 degrees at 5000rpm. Duty cycle reached 71%
I have the runs datalogged. :)
