Are they ok to rev up till 9 - 10 rpm standard?
Just get a SEB chip and bleed valve - away you go. Some of the POTR stuff is good, I haven't had any problems with chips, manifolds, supplying me with pistons ally flywheels etc. Having tested a head though, waste of money IMO. Better things you can spend your money on.
So is that a yes or no lol
You'd need specially made valve gear if you wanted to rev that high. I don't think anyone has done it with this engine, so your guess is as good as mine. Why though, would you want to rev an 8v to 10,000rpm?????
I'm unsure you know what you're doing tbh, because you should know that a head is just a piece of metal, so asking if it can rev that high is simplistic - how high an engine can rev is down to the stroke of the engine, and as far as the head goes, the weight of its valve assembly and the strength of the springs etc. How many road going engines rev that high? 10k or more is reserved for bike and F1 engines.
I was wondering if the head will support all these mods and not just explode.
Use will all just have 2 wait and see then ;)
